CITY OF MT SHASTA – DEPUTY CITY CLERK I - II


The City of Mt. Shasta is accepting applications for the full-time position of Deputy City Clerk I or II. Compensation is $22.88 - $28.96 per hour, depending on experience. Under the direction of the City Manager, this position is responsible for performing a variety of complex and professional administrative duties for the City Manager, staff and City Council. Applicants must have the ability to attend evening City Council meetings and prepare related agenda items and minutes in accordance with legal requirements. Familiarity with municipal government and the Brown Act (Open Meeting Laws) is a plus.
